LEDC Small Business Relief Fund — Supporting Existing Businesses Impacted by Arcade & East 7th Street Construction

The Latino Economic Development Center (LEDC) is here to help East Side businesses navigate this challenging period of street improvements. As a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), LEDC is dedicated to strengthening our communities through access to capital, technical assistance, and business development support.

We are a mission-driven nonprofit supported by state, local, and philanthropic partners — committed to helping businesses stay open, maintain cash flow, and keep employees working throughout the construction phase.

What We Offer
  • Low-interest working capital loans starting at 5%
  • Flexible terms: 24–60 months, with an initial interest-only period
  • Loan amounts: Minimum $25,000 – up to $250,000
  • Accessible application process
  • Additional resources to support your business operations
Who Can Apply
  • Existing small businesses along Arcade Street and East 7th Street in the Dayton’s Bluff neighborhood
  • Businesses impacted by construction disruptions, including reduced traffic, noise, dust, or supply chain issues
