We guide you in the process of creating a solid business, all the way from your business idea to opening your doors to the public.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to transform an idea into a successful business in Minnesota. Our business development process consists of the following steps:
Will my idea actually work? We begin with clear communication to build a close relationship with our aspiring entrepreneurs. We then work to guide them on how to produce a detailed business plan that includes everything from general concepts to specific tasks. This method provides a strong base and road map for your business.
The workshops are given twice monthly on nonconsecutive Tuesdays from 3:00 to 6:00 pm.
The workshops are in person at our offices, which are located at 804 Margaret Street in St Paul (in front of the Mexican Consulate)

Coaching: We accompany aspiring entrepreneurs throughout the process of designing or updating their business model. This way we can help perfect each person’s individual abilities and tactics. Workshop: Creative writing for your business plan. Learn how to write a strong business plan
ServSafe Certification and Food Handling.
We offer a wide range of services for new or growing businesses, including business planning, sales projections, cash flow analysis, marketing and access to capital.
A 10-week business course is held twice a year, covering essential topics for entrepreneurs in more depth.
