Ramsey County has opened a fourth round of 2021 grant applications with remaining funds from the state of Minnesota to provide assistance to local businesses that were affected by an executive order related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Applications open Monday, February 1, 2021 at 8 a.m. and they close on Friday, February 5, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. The application eligibility review will begin on February 8, 2021.
Small businesses with employees (between 1 and 75 employees) are eligible to receive up to $ 15,000 from Ramsey County. Self-employed businesses, sole proprietorships and creative enterprises are eligible to receive up to $10,000 in qualified expenses.
In order to serve as many businesses as possible, businesses that have previously received an award from Ramsey County are not eligible.
In the event of an excessive number of applications, Ramsey County will conduct a random selection process after the application period closes.
