LEDC Helps Mi Causa Expand Its Peruvian Flavor

In celebration of National Hispanic Heritage Month, we’re highlighting Mi Causa Peruvian Restaurant and their recent expansion.

After building a loyal customer base in the south metro, Mi Causa’s owner, Misael, was inspired by demand to open a second restaurant at 1011 Meadowlands Drive in White Bear Lake Township in early August, thanks to an expansion loan from LEDC.

Misael credits LEDC with providing important support from the early stages of his business through the challenges of growth and day-to-day operations. He describes the LEDC team’s support as benefiting him both professionally and personally.

Now serving communities in the north and south metro, Misael is working toward his next goal of owning a permanent location. His advice to other entrepreneurs considering working with LEDC is simple: “You’ve arrived at the right place. You don’t need to keep looking.”
