The signs are up, and Plaza del Sol is ready to welcome the community. After a few delays, we are excited to announce our soft opening on October 1 at 11am!
A soft opening gives Plaza del Sol time to work through the many details of launching a large, multi-use destination. During this period, menus may continue to evolve and some services may not be available immediately as the team fine-tunes the experience.
Food Hall vendors opening on October 1 include Bien Dorados, La Moreliana and Valentina’s. Deli Cheese Coffee, LLC, will join Plaza del Sol in the next few weeks. We also continue to recruit applications for the Food Hall, Commissary Kitchen and Event Center. Please send your interest to info@PlazaDelSolMN.org for more information.
Plaza del Sol will also host the Minnesota Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) DEI Forum on Monday, October 26, featuring LEDC Executive Director Alma Flores as the keynote speaker. Alma will share insights on building authentic relationships with Latino and immigrant business owners.
