Learn About the Child Care Wayfinder: Training for Child Care Entrepreneurs

On December 11, LEDC is partnering with Think Small to host a special Spanish-language training for entrepreneurs interested in starting or expanding a child care business. This session introduces participants to the Child Care Wayfinder, a powerful navigation network designed to support early childhood providers across Minnesota.

What is the Child Care Wayfinder?

The Wayfinder is a free service that helps new and current child care business owners access the guidance, resources, and support needed to open, sustain, or grow licensed child care programs. It offers:

  • Step-by-step assistance with initial licensing
  • Connections to training, grants, and technical resources
  • Support for expanding or improving existing programs
  • Service availability in Anoka, Hennepin, Ramsey, and Washington counties
