Empowering Latino Entrepreneurship in Minnesota: Workshops and Support from LEDC

At the Latino Economic Development Center (LEDC), our mission is to support the Latino community in Minnesota in creating and strengthening small businesses. Whether you are starting a new business idea or looking to grow an existing one, we offer specialized services to help you achieve your economic goals. As a nonprofit organization, we provide comprehensive support through our Business Development, Loan, and Agriculture departments, focused on offering technical assistance and access to capital.

One of our most valuable resources is our business training workshops, designed to guide you step-by-step in structuring and strengthening your venture. In these workshops, you will learn how to create a solid business plan, manage financial education and cash flow, as well as understand the necessary registrations and legal procedures to operate. All of this prepares you to access financing and effectively grow your business.

LEDC has expanded these workshops beyond the Twin Cities, reaching places like Willmar, Worthington, Duluth, Morris, and now Northfield, Minnesota. We invite all interested individuals to register or schedule an appointment to receive personalized technical assistance. For more information, please contact us. We are committed to the economic growth of the Latino community and want to help you achieve success in your business.
