Jacob Vasquez

Originally from Southern California, Jacob relocated to Minnesota in 2021 and quickly embraced the opportunity to build both his career and community in the Twin Cities. Hospitality has always been a passion of his, leading him to earn a degree in Hospitality Management and build a career centered around creating exceptional guest experiences, fostering meaningful relationships, and supporting organizational growth.

Before joining LEDC, Jacob worked in hotel sales and operations, partnering with businesses, community groups, and event organizers to deliver successful programs and experiences. He is excited to bring his hospitality expertise to Plaza Del Sol and contribute to LEDC’s mission of empowering communities and supporting economic development.

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants, attending concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
