Evan Uribe

Evan Uribe is the owner of 612 651 Properties, an affordable housing developer based in the Twin Cities. His work focuses on the intersection of NOAH properties (Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing) and how to recapitalize them while ensuring long-term tenant affordability.

In addition to 612 651 Properties, Evan works as a loan officer with the Greater Minnesota Housing Fund, where his work includes supporting emerging developers seeking to purchase their first property, as well as experienced developers utilizing LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credits) and bonds to build new affordable and supportive housing projects. Evan has originated over 50 million dollars in loans, and has experience completing complicated deal structures involving partners across both the public and private sectors.

Evan serves on the LEDC external loan committee where he helps to provide strategic oversight and ensure projects align with the LEDC mission and goals.

Evan is a first-generation Mexican American born in Boston, Massachusetts and raised in Minnesota. In his free time, Evan is an avid ultra endurance mountain biker and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, three children, and two dogs. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from St. Olaf College.
