Carlos Lamboglia

President

Carlos is a Relationship Manager in U.S. Bancorp’s Automotive & Transportation Banking practice. In his role, Carlos leads a portfolio of investment grade, large corporate and mid-corporate clients. His responsibilities include structuring and underwriting debt transactions and assisting clients with a variety of banking products and services.

Prior to joining U.S. Bank in 2010, Carlos worked for CarVal Investors, Cargill, and Ernst & Young in Minneapolis and New York City. He has over 20 years of experience in financial services and relationship management.

Carlos is a three-time winner of the U.S. Bank’s Legends of Possible Award. Carlos serves as Chair of the Board of the Latino Economic Development Center (LEDC) and is actively engaged in the bank’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Carlos led U.S. Bank’s United Way Campaign in the Twin Cities in 2018 and served on the Board of Joyce Preschool, a bilingual/multi-cultural preschool, from 2013 through 2019.

Carlos grew up in Guayaquil, Ecuador and received his degree in Finance from St. Cloud State University and a Masters in Accountancy from the University of Virginia.
