LEDC Participates in Welcoming Week 2026 / Farm Community Dinner

LEDC is joining Welcoming Week, an international initiative that brings together neighbors from diverse backgrounds to build connections, foster belonging, and promote welcoming and inclusive communities. The Jessie Farm will host a community dinner to inform the local community about the potential to begin operations there. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore the available acreage and commercial kitchen. This community dinner will also serve as a great way for local and emerging farmers to connect.
HispanoFest 2026

LEDC will participate in the fourth annual HispanoFest, organized by Sherwin-Williams Twin Cities. This free event will bring together hundreds of Hispanic contractors and customers to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, build connections, and learn about new business resources. The event will feature a contractor soccer tournament, vendors, free food, and organizations providing resources for small businesses.
Business Growth + Expansion

LEDC will participate in Business Growth + Expansion, an event organized by the Black Business Network as part of Food Truck Fridays. LEDC will be present in the Banking + Capital Readiness area, providing practical guidance on community lending, preparing for capital requests, and financing options outside traditional banking institutions. Entrepreneurs can speak with the team about how much capital their business needs, what they should prepare before applying for financing, and what resources can help them start or expand their operations.
Hispanic Heritage Celebration – Northfield

LEDC will participate in Northfield’s Hispanic Heritage Celebration. This community event will bring together families, businesses, and organizations to celebrate Hispanic culture and the contributions of the Hispanic community. The LEDC team will share information about technical assistance, workshops, business resources, and financing opportunities for entrepreneurs and small business owners.

LEDC will participate in the Taco Tour to connect directly with entrepreneurs, restaurant owners, vendors, and community members. The team will share information about technical assistance, workshops, and LEDC loan products.
Latino Fest – Rochester

LEDC will participate in Latino Fest 2026, organized by the Alliance of Chicanos, Hispanics, and Latin Americans (ACHLA). The festival will celebrate Latino culture, businesses, and community contributions. LEDC will be on-site to connect with entrepreneurs and provide information on workshops, technical assistance and financing opportunities.
