Braynell Estrada Britton

Born and raised in Managua, Nicaragua. He is a bilingual attorney with a strong record in transactional, compliance, and corporate counsel roles across the United States and Nicaragua. Currently serving as an Attorney at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, Braynell manages the review, drafting, and negotiation of a broad range of contracts to ensure organizational compliance and mitigate risk, along with supporting his clients on additional matters.

Previously, Braynell was an Associate Corporate Counsel at Best Buy, and a Contract Consultant at U.S. Bank, where he negotiated high-value agreements, advised on privacy and regulatory matters, and trained procurement teams abroad on best practices. Braynell has experience handling complex national and international agreements and developing compliance policies aligned with national and international laws.

Braynell holds bar admissions in both Minnesota and Nicaragua. Braynell served as President of the Minnesota Hispanic Bar Association and on the University of Minnesota Humphreys School of Public Affairs Policy Fellow Alumni Board. He is currently part of the Latino Economic Development Center’s Governance Committee. Fluent in Spanish and English, Braynell combines cross-cultural legal expertise with a dedication to community engagement and public policy.
